Follow these steps to setup your Microsoft Exchange account on your Android device.
- Download and install Microsoft Outlook from the Play Store.
- Open the Outlook app. If the app displays “1 Account Found”, tap that to continue. If the account found is the correct account, tap the “Add Account” button. If the correct account is not found, enter your email address and tap “Continue”.
- On the following screen, enter your email address within the Domain\Username field. Then enter your password and tap the checkmark in the upper-right to continue.
- You will be asked if you'd like to add another account; just tap the Maybe Later button.
TIP: By default, when you swipe-left on a message, the Outlook app will archive message by moving it to your Archive folder rather than sending them to your Deleted Items folder. If you wish to change this behavior, tap the icon in the upper-left corner, tap the settings cog/gear in the bottom left, and open Swipe Options. From here you can designate the Swipe Left action should delete messages.
